Free recycling for cell phones & printer cartridges!

Minnesota Waste Wise believes that reducing waste is smart business for a better environment, so we are happy to offer a free recycling program for your organization. Sign up today to recycle used cell phones and printer cartridges (toner/laser and inkjet).

1. Any organization, any size, can participate. Collect internally as well as from the local community.

2. Order collection boxes and labels.

You can use the form below to order collection boxes or call 651-292-4662 for assistance.

» Inkjet Cartridge Box – holds approximately 25-35 cartridges
» Laser Cartridge Box – holds approximately 8-10 cartridges
» Cell Phone Box – holds approximately 25-35 cell phones

3. Fill boxes and ship for free

Just tape shut the box and send it out with your regular UPS.

NOTE: DO NOT CALL UPS TO HAVE YOUR BOXES PICKED UP!
UPS charges a mandatory fee for this, which cannot be waived. To avoid unnecessary shipping fees, the collection boxes should be sent back using one of the following methods:

» Leave your collection boxes out for the UPS driver to see when making deliveries. Drivers are required to pickup UPS packages with ARS labels when they drop off packages.
» Take your filled collection boxes to a UPS authorized drop-off location. For the location of the nearest UPS Center, please call 1.800.PICKUPS or visit www.ups.com/dropoff.

4. Sign up for the program or reorder collection boxes.
