Minnesota Chamber Business Services has partnered with Ceridian, a leading provider of HR compliance solutions, to provide members products and services to help manage workplace challenges.

Ceridian's products and services include:

• Online HR compliance reference system
• Harassment and discrimination prevention training
• State and federal employment law manuals and mandate posters
• HR compliance reference manuals including: Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA); Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); various workplace policies (e.g., wage and hours; recruiting, retraining, terminating; employment discrimination prevention.)

Employee Training and Consulting Services

Employers Association provides leadership and development programs, salary surveys and consulting to address employers' retention and hiring concerns.

Products and services available through Employers Association include:

» Training classes and products
Address a variety of workplace issues including: leadership skills, HR management and operations, business management practices and employee development.

» Salary surveys
Through our partnership with the Employers Association, Minnesota Chamber members have an opportunity to participate in salary and benefit surveys. The Employers Association is an industry leader in salary surveys providing valid compensation data for all levels of employees in Minnesota and the surrounding region, as well as national data for selected jobs. Their surveys provide compensation data for more than 550 different jobs.

Minnesota Chamber members can elect to participate in the surveys and will receive an on-line copy of the results for a very reduced fee ($110 for most surveys). To sign up to participate, contact surveys@employersinc.com and indicate that you are a Minnesota Chamber member and would like to be notified of participation opportunities and would also like to know about any special promotions for target locations or industries.
