Employers Association provides leadership and development programs, salary surveys and consulting to address employers' retention and hiring concerns.

Through our partnership with the Employers Association, Minnesota Chamber members have an opportunity to participate in salary and benefit surveys. The Employers Association is an industry leader in salary surveys providing valid compensation data for all levels of employees in Minnesota and the surrounding region, as well as national data for selected jobs. Their surveys provide compensation data for more than 550 different jobs.

Minnesota Chamber members can elect to participate in the surveys and will receive an on-line copy of the results for a very reduced fee ($110 for most surveys).
