Management and Employee Training, Survey Center & Consulting Services

The Minnesota Chamber, through its strategic partnership with Employers Association Inc. (EA), is able to make available to you leadership and development programs, state and national salary surveys, and consulting services at an affiliate pricing structure. HR Compliance & Resource Center

Ceridian provides employers with the latest information on both state and federal guideline mandates through posters and a bi-annual release of an employment law manual. Ceridian hosts employment templates to the most frequently requested items including job descriptions, procedural policies and employee handbooks.

Long Term Care Insurance (LTCI)

MCBS and The David Agency formed a partnership to offer Long Term Care insurance for our membership and their employees. The David Agency, works with multiple carriers depending on the size and the specific needs by the members company to establish an LTCI employee benefit.

Human Resource Outsourcing

The Minnesota Chamber has partnered with Doherty Employer Services to offer human resource outsourcing for its member companies. Human resource outsourcing offers flexible options in the areas of human resource management, benefit administration, risk management services, retirement services, HRIS system capabilities and payroll processing.
