Event Description:

Join business leaders from across Minnesota for a trip to Washington, D. C. this June.  With a new administration, and greater attention to critical business issues like tax reform, health care, infrastructure investment and the regulatory environment, this is an opportune time to raise the visibility of Minnesota, and key issues that impact our economy.  This event provides the opportunity to advocate and promote your own business priorities as well.

AGENDA
The event will kick off the afternoon of Wednesday, June 14, with a policy and political briefing from high ranking staff at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.  In addition, the trip will include breakfast briefings both mornings, a reception and dinner for our Minnesota business delegation; meetings with key officials and agencies, along with appointments with members of Minnesota’s federal delegation.    Participants should plan to arrive by early afternoon on Wednesday, June 14 and the event will conclude by noon on Friday, June 16. 

COST
$395/person.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
A block of rooms have been secured for June 14 and 15, 2017 for $289 per night. The room block will be held until May 15, 2017

Limited sponsorship opportunities are available including sponsorships of specific events such as  receptions and dinner or customized packages can be developed.  The basic sponsorship includes registration for one individual along with the opportunity to address the group at breakfast, and your company logo included on all materials.
