2008-2009 Leadership Minnesota Application

Deadline: May 23, 2008 – Leadership Minnesota seeks individuals with a past record of success in business and the community. Applicants must demonstrate a strong concern for the future success of business in Minnesota and a personal commitment to help shape that future. The selection committee will seek a diverse group representative of different industries and regions of Minnesota.

Applicants will be notified of selection by June 20, 2008 and will be billed for the tuition amount, $1,995 at that time. Tuition includes all overnight accommodations, meals, program costs and materials.

Leadership Minnesota will have five two-day sessions, each of which includes an overnight stay. Attendance is required at all sessions. Participants may not miss more than one day to successfully complete this program. Submitting this application verifies you understand the attendance requirements and, if applicable, you have the full cooperation of your employer.
