MCCE ANNUAL MEETING
Strategies for leading a gold medal chamber
January 20-22, 2010 | Oak Ridge Hotel & Conference Center | Chaska, MN

The 2010 MCCE Annual Meeting will be held January 20-22, 2010 at Oak Ridge Hotel & Conference Center in Chaska. Our host, the SouthWest Metro Chamber has assisted in developing a great event and an excellent agenda!

Much of the Conference this year will have a strong focus on getting down to the basics, providing great suggestions and strategies for leading a gold medal chamber. To kick-off this exciting event we are thrilled to bring in Lou Carbone, author and experience thought leader..

Experience thought leader and author Lou Carbone will change the way you think about customer experience forever. His message to business leaders and professionals is simple: Create customers that come back and customers that tell others, by connecting emotionally with them through the experiences you deliver.

Carbone urges business to focus on managing experience "clues", conscious and unconscious, because experiences are what customers value most. He stresses that the world has moved from making and selling to sensing and responding—a dynamic change that requires new competencies. Through illustrations from Fortune 100 clients, Carbone will share how the systematic design and delivery of experience clues can have immense impact on customer value, loyalty and the bottom line.

Joe Soucheray is also confirned to present on Friday, as we wrap-up the event. Joe broadcasts Garage Logic each weekday from KSTP 1500, hosts Saturday Morning Sports Talk and is a columnist for the St. Paul Pioneer Press. Known for his no nonsense approach to life and issues, he will share his views on Minnesota and its leadership as well as his insights on the topics of the day. Several other great speakers have been invited and many more relevant topics will be discussed. Plan to attend the Annual Meeting and get a step closer to that gold medal!
