A Workshop for Small Businesses Entering International Markets
This one day workshop will provide a unique opportunity for participants to learn about U.S. government resources available for small businesses expanding their business internationally and will include presentations by senior government officials from OPIC and other U.S. government trade agencies, as well as insight from U.S. companies currently doing business in foreign markets.

We will discuss feedback received at regional chamber meetings and recent member focus groups, get an update from Amy Walstien on several statewide working group/ task forces, and begin working on the 2014 education policies.

We will be starting the process of setting and revising the fiscal policies.  We will also be having a guest speaker, Keith Getschel, Assistant Commissioner of Business Taxes at Minnesota Department of Revenue.   Keith will provide updates of the department’s activities and implementation of the new tax law changes and you will have an opportunity to ask questions as well.  

An optional lunch is available for $12 with registration.
