Inclusive Leaders Alliance
The Inclusive Leaders Alliance is a structured pilot program intended to foster collaboration among HR and business leaders, guiding their journey to create inclusive workplaces that celebrate the state’s rich and vibrant diversity.
This group will consist of structured and collaborative meetings for HR and business leaders intended to:
- Foster a supportive community of HR and business leaders dedicated to beginning or continuing their DEI efforts and journeys.
- Provide participants opportunities to network with other business leaders, and share best practices, challenges and success stories.
- Facilitate a structured learning and knowledge environment for participants to build a foundation and momentum towards diversity, equity and inclusion within their organizations.
- Support participants and their businesses with developing and implementing DEI action plans through individual guidance and consulting.
- Drive positive change within the Minnesota business community and contribute to building more inclusive workplaces for the diversity that exists in our state. Join us in this transformative journey towards a more inclusive future.
The program will extend over the course of a year and consist of two in-person events and four virtual events. See below for a full schedule.
The enrollment cost for this program is $750, which includes development of training and materials (including a customized workbook), refreshments and meals for in-person sessions. Applications are due May 31, 2024.
