NEW FMLA REGULATIONS TAKE EFFECTIVE JANUARY 16, 2009 – ARE YOU READY?

Effective January 16, 2009, employers covered by the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) will need to be prepared for the Department of Labor's updated regulations to FMLA. Join us for a discussion of the new regulations, how they will impact your internal FMLA policies and procedures and what your organization needs to do to comply. We will also have a discussion of best practices for compliance including audits, policy updates, training and new forms.
