Whitney Harvey is a Minnesota native with a Bachelor of Arts in biology from Gustavus Adolphus College and a Masters of Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix. Whitney served as the former Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Director at Prime Therapeutics, the organization’s first full-time resource dedicated to internal DEI. Whitney began her DEI service at Prime in 2019 on the organization’s inaugural Diversity and Inclusion Council as a co-chair, and helped create the Council’s structure and governance. She has since helped to stand up five employee resource groups, roll out company-wide training/education, led the organization to become a Yellow Ribbon company, submitted for its Corporate Equality Index through the Human Rights Campaign, and launched a Courageous Conversations series on a variety of diversity and inclusion-related topics.
She has served as a key advocate, spokesperson, and champion of Prime’s DEI strategy both internally and externally.
Whitney is a collaborative and passionate leader who values variety and innovation. Outside of work, she enjoys family travel, live music, and exploring local restaurants.
