Minnesota Chamber Foundation
Your opportunity to shape our economic future
Minnesota is at a crossroads. We cannot rely on past economic success as a guarantee of the prosperous future. As the state moves out of an era of pandemic recovery and into one of potential growth and opportunity, it faces challenges of competitiveness, inclusion and historic workforce challenge – further compounded by stagnant population growth.
Partnering with the Minnesota Chamber Foundation is a unique opportunity to take part in shaping the future of the state’s economy, and building its talent and leadership pipelines, creating opportunity and inclusion for the long-term.
The Minnesota Chamber Foundation was founded nearly 40 years ago. Since its rejuvenation four years ago, the Foundation has produced groundbreaking economic research, and spearheaded solutions-driven workforce and leadership programs; embracing inclusion as a strength for the state’s future.
Investing in the Foundation is investing in the state's economic future.
Jeff DeYoung, Foundation Board Chair
The Minnesota Chamber Foundation plays a critical role in producing economic data and analysis on the performance of Minnesota’s economic recovery. I am proud to lead this organization, along with a highly qualified board of directors, to help inform the state’s business community and policy makers on the challenges that continue to confront our economic growth. Additionally, the Foundation’s growing statewide workforce diversity, equity and inclusion effort is the only such effort led by a state chamber in the country, amplifying our commitment to building inclusive workplaces across Minnesota.
