ChamberHealth by Medica is a fully-insured Association Health Plan (AHP) designed to make affordable, high quality health coverage available for small and mid-sized companies.
Eligible employers must be in manufacturing, finance and insurance, or professional, scientific and technical services. They will be available for an effective date of January 1, 2023 and beyond through brokers, and employers must be Minnesota Chamber members.
