Leaders Lab 2021

Leaders Lab is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to engage Minnesota’s developing business leaders (approximately late 20s to 30s). It will enhance your personal and professional growth, connect you with business leaders statewide, and provide understanding into what drives Minnesota’s economy and how policy affects the success of business in our state. The program consists of four, two-day sessions.

"The Minnesota Chamber Leaders Lab program was enlightening. Having the privilege of going on behind-the-scenes tours of some of our state's most robust business operations was fascinating! Learning about policies impacting business infrastructure helped weave a web connecting all of our industries. The pride I have for our state has grown insurmountably since participating in the Leaders Lab program." - Cate DeBates, Coldwell Banker Commercial Fisher Group, 2020-21 chair and 2020 participant of Leaders Lab.
