    Mar 27, 2026
It’s been another busy week here in St. Paul. The Legislature has reached its first significant deadlines, with the first and second committee requirements that bills must be heard by today or risk not moving forward. More than 30 states already offer a PTE tax, and without action, Minnesota risks falling further behind other states when competing for business investment.
