What is a small thing that makes you so happy?    
The quiet moment in the morning with a cup of coffee before the day's momentum takes over.

What is one thing you'd like to learn over the next year?    
Personally, I'm learning how to make a Danish cord stool. And after 20 years of driving every detail, I’m working on stepping back, getting out of my own way and trusting the foundation we’ve built.  

What is one thing you are looking forward to over the next year?  
I'm looking forward to traveling to a few new countries!   

What is your favorite part of your Leadership Minnesota experience so far OR what are you most excited for coming up in the program?
Besides my 2014 class, as Chair, I am excited to see this year's class grow and learn together and form their own "Best Class Ever" bond.
